We booked 3 rooms in this hotel for July 2007, 2 with Thomson and then added an extra room with Expedia who were much cheaper. From the moment we arrived at this hotel in Cala'n Bosch, we were so impressed. This has to be the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and came with pool towels and lots of toiletries. The rooms were cleaned daily but we were never disturbed too early in the day. We had half board, and we enjoyed the huge selection of food at the buffet restaurant. It was not a 'chips with everything' buffet, as there were so many different dishes available. If you are looking for an English menu then you would probably be disappointed. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming without exception and nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool and poolside were clean and peaceful. Although the hotel claims to have childrens entertainment, we didn't see it but our children enjoyed the pool so much that it wasn't needed. This pool is suitable for singles, couples and families with babies or older children. There is a bar open quite late, and outdoor entertainment that did not go on too late. I normally avoid hotel entertainment, but this was refreshing in that the entertainment was all acts that had been brought in for one night, such as tribute bands and acrobats. The hotel is right in the centre of the resort, next to the harbour, very near the beach but was never noisy. This hotel has nice quiet areas and had a relaxed atmosphere without being tacky at all.

We have stayed at the above hotel twice now as it is absolutely fantastic. We go all inclusive but in an apartment which i think is so much easier with 2 children. The food is amazing with so much choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner, hundreds of choices in fact we were spoilt for choice. There is daytime and evening entertainment but there is no pressure to join in if you dont want to, which is just the way we like it. The apartment was lovely with 2 beds in the bedsroom and a very comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. A cot can be added at no extra cost, as can a microwave. Very spacious living room and bathroom and patio doors that open out onto a lovely grassed area which is great for the children to play on. there is a kids club which our daughter absolutely loved, this is free of charge. There is also a hairdressers, reading room, internet room, car hire, adults only bar, indoor pool, huge outdoor pool, childrens outdoor pool, free sunbeds, the list is endless. There is a pool bar serving food and drinks all day which are included in the all inclusive. Waiter service at night in the vast bar which opens out into the terrace. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill but there is a free bus every 2 mins to take you to the beach and the shops and again every 10 mins back from son bou centre. I would recommend this place to anyone and have already told my sister to take her son this year. We are hoping to be back again in September.
