Our group of 20+ stayed here recently and we were disgusted and disappointed after years of good rapport here with previous hosts. New owners are rude and appear to have no good business sense. They were incapable of appreciating how difficult group arrangements can be and of comprehending that regardless some had stayed 2 nights instead of 1 and vice-versa the $$$ worked out the same. They have refused to refund those overcharged and not seem bother that they have LOST US A REGULAR CLIENTS AND WE WHO ARE INVOLVED IN VARIETY OF BUSINESS IN NEW ZEALAND WILL NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THAT YOU FIND ACCOMMODATION ELSEWHERE!!!
