Rather disappointed with this hotel, it is meant to be a 4 star but certainly did not give me that impression. Room was far too small for us and the staff were completely rude when we asked if there were any bigger rooms. I've stayed in some very friendly hotels in Brussels and this was a nasty surprise. I'll be going somewhere different next time!
