2. THE TRAVELPIXEL.NET REVIEW SERVICE
The travelpixel.net review section is an online application enabling users to post opinions pertaining to travel experiences. You acknowledge and understand that travelpixel.net assumes no responsibility for any service interruptions or inability to post or store content to the review section. In such cases we will, of course, endeavour to fix such occurences as soon as possible.
3. REGISTRATION
Registration is required to use the review section of travelpixel.net. Our privacy policy outlines how we store and use any information you submit to us.
4. CONTENT ACCESSIBLE ON THE SERVICE

(d) impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
(e) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the service
(f) interfere with or disrupt the service
If you do use the Service to commit any of the above, travelpixel.net may, at its sole discretion, terminate your ability to use the service, and remove and discard any content related to you within the service.
7. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Travelpixel.net reserves the right to, at any time, terminate the membership and associated content of any user should they contravene these terms. Contravention shall be decided at the sole discretion of travelpixel.net.
8. THIRD PARTIES AND OTHER WEBSITES
Members may not post links to third party websites within any content posted onto the travelpixel.net review section. Third party sites linked to from travelpixel.net that have been provided by travelpixel.net are not the responsibility of travelpixel.net. Travelpixel.net makes no guarantee of availability for any items on third party sites related to travel booking
9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold travelpixel.net harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyers fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the service, your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of the law, this agreement or the rights of another.
