The actual holiday was great - we stayed at the Hilton Sharks Bay - Fantastic snorkelling - if you want some amazing photo's it is worth investing in an underwater digital camera rather than disposables which can end up costing quite a bit for developing. The Hotel was great - staff very helpful and food great.

The negative side to the holiday was caused by the incompetence of the tour operator - ON THE BEACH - all sorts of problems that could easily have been sorted out but they only seem to be interested in getting your money - after that you are on your own. After booking online we got a phone call - "sorry but the price has went up £80" - they booked us under the wrong name with the hotel - i spotted this on the booking voucher about 3 weeks before the holiday and OTB claimed they had updated the hotel but this was not true and it caused a delay and embarrasment when checking in. We were also told we had free transfers but when we arrived we were not on the transfer list. The couple we were travelling with were told they did not have free transfers (even although it said they did on the voucher from OTB) They tried to argue the point but were told under no uncertain terms that transfers were not included and that they would have to book their own.......which they did.and guess what - a week before the departure date OTB sent them a free transfer voucher!!! OTB refused to then give them back £15 which they ended up paying for the transfer....not a lot of money, and you would have thought for good customer relations and the fact that it was all their fault that they would have given them the money...but not to be.
I have read many other reviews on other sites which feature OTB and many customers mention that the price goes up after the booking is made online. I will certainely not be using OTB again. They only act as a broker and source the rooms through companies such as You Travel and Hotels 4 U - in future I will deal with these companied direct.
