My first and last time travelling with Solitair. I dont want to ramble on and on, so I will try to keep this short . I have several reasons to black list this company but the major one being that the hotel I stayed in was like a comedy version of "faulty towers". Air-condtioning out of order in my bedroom,shower tray leaked water unable to run a full shower,had to place towels on the floor to mop up excess water.Rooms on the same floor as me had damp and cockroaches.
Stale bread offered at breakfast and evening meal. Veal meat dinner uanble to cut runny with blood awful!!!
Pasta meal uncooked, ice cream offered as dessert, not renowned quality italian icecream, but supermarket bought ice cream in plastic tubs.

On one evening the waiter offered mixed fruit as alternative,the mixed fruit was the oranges and apples left from breakfast LOL. I guess I am so let down by this holiday, as I paid £900 for one week and ended up having to eat my evening meals away from the crappy hotel Lord Bryon Hotel. So in effect I was paying for my meals twice.

I was counting the days to back to the uk and was grateful I only booked a week. On the plane back to the uk I ate all my food like a woman starved for a week!!! I haven't had a holiday for seven years and this has been a total nightmare. I used money I got from a car accident two years ago and was really looking forward to this holiday.

Before departing the hotel, Solitair wanted guests to fill out a questionaire and sign overall compltete satisfaction with services offered by solitair and their local agent in Ischia. I have wriiten a complaint letter to Solitair, and received a very patronising response from their customer service team.
