Location of this hotel and the surrounding views were lovely, but the poor organisation of the All Inclusive arrangements and the poor manners of the staff really ruined our stay.
The way the All Inclusive deal worked was through a kind of access card that you needed to show to get drinks, food or use the facilities. We are a family of 5, so as you can imagine sharing 1 card between the 5 of us caused lots of problems - leading to disagreements with staff (who were stubborn and unhelpful) and grumpy children.
Cleanliness of the rooms was ok most of the time, but the dining area was pretty disgusting and we ended up clearing tables to eat at every night - it was meant to be a holiday!
