Carrier: Emirates Adults: 3 Children: 1 Duration: Long haul Legroom: Good Hold Luggage: 20kg
due to a delay in Dubai because of fog! and two passengers losing their passports and luggage having to be off loaded, we were delayed by 6 hours, and it caused us to miss a connecting flight to Koh Samui. Emirates were fabulous, we were driven by limo to a wonderful hotel, given a complimentary meal, and this was late at night, the following morning collected by limo and taken back to the airport for a pre arranged connecting flight. Emirates can delay my family at any time they wish to do so, after the wonderful way we were looked after with full 5 star treatment.
