Firstly I do have to say that this place was really good value for money, and served well as a base for the coast.
However I havent stayed anywhere with as little atmosphere as this before, and I have enjoyed several other hols in egypt. The rooms are ok but very basic, the pool a bit small.
The main problem was the attitute of the staff, who seemed to treat All Inclusive guests or half board guests like royalty, but as we were only B&B we were totally frowned upon! When we bought extra drinks the staff expected huge tips, and sometimes didnt even bother to return our change! They were generally unhelpful throughout the stay, which made the lacking atmosphere even worse.
Sorry Falcon Hills, you are a great spot and good value but we had a bad experience.
