We got on Easy Cars website and ordered a compact car, it told us this car would be a Vauxhall Astra/ Ford Focus or similar and that it would hold 4 adults and 3 suitcase. We paid £198.00 for 5 days from the 27th May 2008 to 2nd jUNE 2008.There was four of us travelling when we arrived at the airport we were given a Smart ForFour car when we complained Dollar Thrifty told us they had no other cars and that they would not give us our money back we would have to go back through Easy Car if we had a problem.
When we got back to the Uk we emailed easy car as they would not speak to us on the phone they advised us the the Smart ForFour car was the same category as Ford Focus and Vauxhall Astra even though its half the size.
We have only been offered £20.00 off the next car which we hire from them.

We advise you not to go with this company.
