I was pleased overall with the price, are and booking of our hertz car. However, on return of the vehicle we had a long and drawn out debate with a member of staff who insisted we had scratched our car. I was very suspicious of a scam at the time as I was confident we hadn't damaged the vehicle. Furthermore, the attendant was insisting that 50 euros in cash would solve the problem - strange if you ask me!
