This recently refurbished independant hotel is a small and friendly establishment perched along the beach at Worthing on the south coast of Barbados. There are several types of room available for guests from a small studio (for 2) to deluxe accommodation which represents the best this hotel offers in facilities and comfort. Every room has its own beach or ocean front terrace/balcony. Shopping and bars are within easy walking distance as are tennis courts and a laundry service. 5 minutes drive away is St.Lawrence's Gap and a further few minutes away lies the capital Bridgetown. The airport is 7 miles from the accommodation.

This is a clean, friendly hotel in a great location, on a fabulous beach.

Tremendous value for money, Blue Orchids is an ideal place to stay on a budget.

The rooms are spacious and all have a sea view, some better than others, with block C looking out to sea and along the beach,being the best.

Only downside is the bar/restaurant which has mediocre food and limited opening hours, far better to go just along the road to Bert's for pizza/burger.

Reggie, the activities guy, is a gem and will happily sort you out with whatever you need.
