Not an ideal location if you want a bit of nightlife. It is on the end of Torremolinos and away from most things including shopping.
The food is way below par. The quality is more suited to people who like their sprouts boiled for at least a fortnight! The meals we tried were stodgy and had no taste. Fortunately for us, we were half board and could eat out.Thomson use it as an all inclusive hotel.
The booze flowed freely for their guests, even though cheap local stuff was used rather than the better quality brands, and the nightly entertainment was good for the most part considering it is a hotel.
The one fault I could pick up on, was the so called disco.....My wife and I love to boogie until the early hours and couldn't do this as it was for little kids and this was at 11 at night.
The big plus is the staff who try their very best. They all speak English, and when I tried to "speak-a-de-lingo", they helped me tremendously.
This holiday was taken just after Xmas 2007 as a wind down after the Christmas hassles we all seem to have.
