Aparthotel Caledonia Park Reviews

We went to this hotel in 2006, as we recieved excellent service and it was quite cheap we decided to go back the following year. The next year that we went in 2007 was not as good. We were put in a room by the pool which has loud music playing until 1am, we asked to move rooms and the hotel moved us to a better room the very next day. The staff were very friendly and all was good. The receptionist totally ripped me and my sister off, we hired 2 fans and got two safes, my sister was given 3 receipts for the fans and when she went back to tell them they'd made a mistake they told her she wasn't getting her money back until she gave all 3 fans back, we had only been given 2! we then sorted it with the hire guy, who actually had nothing to do with it, luckily he was english and understood our dilemma, he gave us the money back for 2 fans and we returned two fans. Regarding the safe, i placed a deposit down witch should have been 15 Euros, i gave him a 20 and asked for change and he said i would get the full 20 Euros back, i thought it was strange but, never the less, left it until the end of the holiday, which then unfortunatly we had ran out of money and was relying on the money to get us food at the airport ect. the receptionist gave me 15 Euros back when he knew i had paid 20, there was nothing we could do, apart from the connings and the lack of good food, it was ok, the maid were very friendly and cleaned our room everyday execpt sunday, there was sick on our garden one morning, and it was cleaned up in no time! Regardless of this, we will not be going back, i do not think it's a 3 * hotel more like 2.
