We found the Hotel Cap Negret, at Altea, quite delightful. We were driving by and just stopped as we approached the hotel. We were given a lovely sea front room with a balcony. The man at reception was very helpful. The position of the hotel was great with beautiful views of the coast and sea. The area was quiet, away from the crowds of Benidorm. The hotel had a great pool and the buffet breakfast was abundant. I wish we had stayed longer than our two days.

This all inclusive hotel is 3* and very good value for money. The food is fresh cooked every day, no chips, but plenty of fish, meat grilled to order and so forth. The staff are all very friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day, with fresh towels and beds being changed. It is in an excellent mid position between the Hotel Zone and Downtown, great whether you want a clubbing holiday or a more cultural holiday. There is a pool and some entertainment, but not your all-day every-day activities, so some may not find it as appropriate for children, although there is plenty of beach to play on!
