The holiday was smooth sailing from the off. The flights were through Easyjet, on time, quick check-in, smooth flights and good choice of food inflight. The only problem we had with the trip was the Shuttle Buses out to the Disney Resort Hotels from Charles De Gaulle airport. There was no signposting from the terminal to the check-on point, they didn't seem to run to the timetable provided and noone offered any help despite me having mobility problems and my daughter being in a buggy. We were left to struggle with the cases, buggy etc alone while the bus drivers looked on. We stayed at the Disney Hotel New York onsite. It was spotless, the check-in quick and helpful, with Disney characters in the lobby. The rooms were large, spotlessly clean, maid service daily and very very comfortable (although the mini bar was a touch expensive!). The concierge service was quick, helpful and efficient and the park facilities were second to none. Inclusive breakfast was buffet style with a superb variety of hot and cold foods to choose from. The range of restaurants and options was extensive and I'd highly recommend a character meal at Cafe Mickey, something we did for our daughters birthday and got video of her dancing with Mickey in a world of her own (something I'd have paid the earth for!). The staff are friendly and helpful and will do anything they can to make your day. The queues when we went, the first week in June, were very minimal and we took good advantage of the Extra Magic Hours in the morning, that came with a hotel stay. On the whole, though not a bargain holiday, the memories and experience were simply first class and priceless! I'd highly recommend - after all, I've booked to return within 6 months! The best money can buy!
