This Rome hotel was perfect, brilliant location right near the beautiful square. Plenty of restaurants just outside or within walk. The building is really nicely presented and when we were there even flowers were decorating the corridors. The rooms were comfortable, well cleaned and the staff charming. Can't fault it! Recommended for staying in Rome.

The hotel is advertised (or at least were we saw it) as a 4 star. More like a 2 star really, wasnt very clean and tea and coffee was not even provided. Bit of a ripoff really although staff were generally nice and friendly. Rooms were a bit dirty but bathroom seemed to be ok. Air con worked and beds were comfy. Probably suits a 2 or 3 star rating all in all though.

After booking a stay at the Dreams resort and Spa in Cancun we were looking forward to a 'dream' holiday away for a couple of weeks. How wrong could we be! We turned up at the desk and were immediately told we would need to hand over a credit card to 'take care of any charges'. It was not an option. A disgrace to start with... The food was horrible and I have since learnt they are now sending guests to a nearby restuarant to keep them happy. We found most things to be tasteless and even some menu items burned beyond recognition! Certainly no dream for us, I hope they have sorted their mistakes out for future travellers to Cancun.

This small family run hotel was very welcoming. The hotel is located near to the railway station and is a short walk to the town and beach. Llandudno has a historic pier and some fine victorian buildings. The room was clean and with very comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. A hearty and home cooked breakfast was included in the very reasonable room rate.They can provide an evening meal by arrangement but there are a number of restaurants near by.The hotel has a small bar which stocks an extensive range of drinks. They also had extensive information about things to do and see in the area and were very helpful.

Rather disappointed with this hotel, it is meant to be a 4 star but certainly did not give me that impression. Room was far too small for us and the staff were completely rude when we asked if there were any bigger rooms. I've stayed in some very friendly hotels in Brussels and this was a nasty surprise. I'll be going somewhere different next time!

I read some good reviews of this hotel but I was disappointed by faulty air conditioning, WI-FI and problems with my reservation. The staff seemed reluctant to help out and were even snappy about my complaints.
