Primrose valley haven site at scarborough is fantastic for families no matter if kids young or old. There is so many activities to choose from with helpful friendly staff. Swimming there is great and can pass a full day at no expense extra to yourself as its all included in the price. Fair rides are also a very cheap way to spend a day there as they come at a small cost. Throughout the site there are plenty of clubs and activities for the children to take part in while adults get some peace. Night on the park is just as much fun for all the family with entertainment for the kids to enjoy aswell as disco to get the parents up dancing. The caravans were like home from home with everything in them to give great comfort and relaxation throughout the holiday. Not forgetting shops, laundrette and off licence all on site so everything 5 minutes away. If you do venture of the site theres plenty of cheap and fun things to do in scarborough with the fair,harbour, great shops and lovely beach. All in all a fantastic family holiday destination.

The Seashore Holiday park is located right on the beach and is perfect as a base for exploring the area. A land train runs from the park into the town centre during busy periods. The entertainment in the evening was excellent and kept the kids amused. There are also amusements, a swimming pool, a large pub with plasma tv's and quite an extensive childrens playground. The caravan we stayed in was clean and spacious, just missed having heaters in the bedrooms as it was very cold when we were there! Places to visit in the area include the Sea Life Centre, Bnahm Zoo, Africa Alive and Dinosaur Adventure. We had a superb long weekend.

My family used to own a caravan about 25 years ago at Rockley Sands in Poole but since then they have been taken over by Haven and have all the usual nightlife, children entertainment etc. We went for a week in May and had two caravans. We were all pleasantly surprised. The entertainment was there if you wanted but not forced on you. The facilities were all reasonably priced and the location was fantastic. The weather was atrocious but we had one of our best holidays ever and we travel all over the world so have seen a lot of places. The children are still asking when can we go back there. There is so much to do in the area - the children painted their own pottery, we spent a cloudy day on the beach building sandcastles and having picnics, we went on the steam train from Corfe Castle, we visited sandbanks and Bournemouth, went to monkey world and much more.

We stayed at Rockley Park in Poole and it was terrible. Large groups of youths hanging around the park, making a lot of noise at the early hours of the morning. Caravans very close together so a lot of noise from neighbours is disturbing as well. Caravan was missing curtains in the bedroom, we had to hang a bed sheet over it for 3 nights as it was not fixed even after reporting. We will never stay there again.

Just came back from return holiday to the Hafan y Mor holiday park in Pwllhelli, Wales. We stayed in a pine lodge with our 3 children 2,5 and 7. It was absoloutely fantastic,we could have stayed longer and will definately go back. The lodge was fully furnished, a real home from home. The view from the blacony of the beach was lovely.There was lots to do every day for children of all ages. The swimming pool was great as were the playareas. The amusements were a bit too close to the entertainment so bring lots of change.There is also lots of places to visit nearby. I have visited many Haven camps and this is definately one of the better ones.

Just got back from our Haven Holiday had a truly amazing time felt like a small child again. We stayed in a Pine Lodge which was perfect for our everyday needs.The entertainment was a blast and so were the other activities.
